Family Bio:

My wife and I have been married 51 years and have 5 children and 11 grandchildren.  Of interest, I delivered 3 of my own children and all 7 of my grandchildren.  Once of our children, Kevin is deaf/blind multiply-handicapped. One of our grandchildren is adopted.


Hobbies and Interests:

I enjoy golf, fishing, boating, music and am very involved with church work and marriage mentoring.


Things you have most enjoyed working as a faculty member of the residency:

I enjoy building relationships with the residents.  Teaching family medicine and OB for the future practices is also enjoyable.  I have been honored by the Missouri Academy of Family Physicians as the Missouri Family physician of the Year and was one of 6 finalists for Family Physician of the Year-National.
